Mavs decide to give up an easy floater to CJ McCollum with 22 seconds left.... except he misses. Offensive rebound and Zion Williamson and with such a high basketball IQ, he does not go up for the put back, he knows they need a 3; kick out to Murray, from deep, buries it. 136-133. Foul. Dallas makes one of two. 137-133. Now the game is all but over but Pelicans play through the whistles, advance the ball with a timeout and set up a play to let CJ McCollum become the all time leader in Pelicans 3 pointers. BANG! Thank you CJ. I'll be sure to buy you dinner next time I see you. Since he passed Jrue Holiday for the honor on that shot, I guess it wasn't a meaningless 3 after-all. As a Pels aside, Zion was and is still unreal. We cashed his Over 34.5 Pts/Reb/Ast prop as well. That has been a wagon recently.
Looking at Thursday’s schedule, we have a 5 game slate that OBVIOUSLY we will be covering on the LIVE SHOW @ 10AM EST. There have been 3 positions that we've already released in the WHOP, including our best bet of the Orlando Magic ATS (-5 at Caesars and Bet365) @ the Portland Trailblazers. This line opened at -4.5 and has since moved out to -5.5 in several places. With a score differential of 5 being one of the most common outcomes in the NBA, literally the second most common push number, grabbing that -5 is still a great play, and this could get to 6. We like betting the Magic who have their 3 best players back, in a revenge game, where it is also a sell high on the Blazers who have won 3 of 4 with the lone loss covering the spread against the OKC Thunder.
