NBA Best Bets Friday December 15th

Clean sweep Thursday! I considered Raiders ML, but I did not expect to see 42-0 at half. WOW. That would have been the least sweaty NFL bet of the year! As of this writing, the countdown clock on Staley remaining the Chargers coach is ticking louder and louder, and his firing may even be old news by the time you guys read this.

This is a baseball series type of game for the Hawks and Raptors. They just played on Wednesday in Toronto and face off again on Friday. We have both teams entering the contest with 48 hours rest and no travel. The home court advantage and travel advantage Toronto generally has is lessened in this spot. We also know the Hawks have won four of the last 5 vs the Raptors, with the most recent loss being on Wednesday. It has started to emerge as an NBA trend to predict a split when teams face each other in back to back games. So if Raps took last one, lets hope the away Hawks with no travel or rest disadvantage take this one. We also see early splits of 36% bets and 80% money.
I am playing it for 0.75u because, like I did last time with this number on Wednesday, or on Thursday with Wolves +2.5, the +2.5 does not cover many common NBA outcomes. 1 is the 11th most common NBA outcome happening 4% of the time. I even laddered the bet with a small +120 ML play as well.
