Suns +4 (0.75u)/Suns +145 ML (0.5u) @ BetRivers
This is the opening line with Devin Booker questionable, yet the beat writer tweeting its overly precautionary and he’s going to play. The Suns are on a little losing streak, but I think the Spurs were a perfectly bad matchup for them, and it flips vs the 76ers where the Suns are a perfectly bad matchup for the home Philly team. 76ers struggle to keep up with teams that play with pace and can score 120 quickly. I also do not want to over react to the Suns woes with a veteran team and great coach. On the 76ers side, they may be integrated new pieces which could cause some stalling.
Lakers -3.5 (1u) Fanduel
This is an injury report read. The Magic just lost Wendell Carter Jr, have Fultz banged up and questionable, and Gary Harris doubtful with a groin injury. Those are three important pieces to their team. The Lakers will be missing Rui and possibly Taureen Prince, which are meaningful as well- I wont hate on those guys. However, with Rui and Prince out, it likely means more Lebron and AD. The replacements for Wendell are not as strong, the replacements for harris cant shoot as well, the replacements for fultz cant defend as well. I originally bet 2u on this game, but used the full value cash out at FD cuz I saw a book tick the other way to -2/-3. I do not have access to that book, but I still felt very strong about my read and was unsure if my books would ever meet that price, so I re played Lakers -3.5 for just 1 unit.
