He gets fouled on the shot, the ultimate defensive sin for a defense first team in the Houston Rockets. The referees actually rule it a flagrant foul! But Garland, a 90% free-throw shooter, missed 2 of 3 free throws! The Rockets actually survive Cleveland's late surge in the fourth quarter and their own devastatingly dumb foul. The WHOP was on a Donovan Mitchell middle with 26-28 points and hoped for overtime, but secured a net profit since it was tilted on the under 28.5 as the main position.
