Denver Nuggets +1 (-108, 0.75u)
The Nuggets are on the second leg of a road B2B after beating the Lakers last night and now have the short Cali trip up north to Sacramento. The Nuggets match up very well against the Kings, my assumption was that if all of the players were active on the second leg, they would still be slight road favorites. Of course most of the time I am playing the +1/-1 splits, it is a 0.75u bet because the value of the number is lessened. We saw this earlier this week with Warriors -1, which I then added more exposure to -1.5 again. But 1s, generally slightly less than 1unit.
Rockets @ Raptors Un 232 (1u)
I personally loved this line when I first saw it, because I recently did some writing for ActionNetwork about the Raptors inability to score, and the Rockets have spent most of the season as a top 10 defensive team, and a bottom 10 offensive team. At 232, with some rotational changes from the deadline, I thought this line was too high and bet my standard 1u. It is now at 234, there was some clear money that came in on the over, and I am left hoping to get lucky. I still like the basketball angle, but I understand my basketball brain is not smarter than my ability to read a market. In this case, market read wrong, basketball read TBD.
